Open web pages in a panel, use tabs and bookmarks, and import bookmarks from your browser.

A page in a panel

Set a panel to Browser and it shows a web page beside your files: the documentation next to the code, the ticket next to the folder it is about.

F6 goes to the address box and F5 reloads the page.

Tabs

Pages open in tabs, as in Chrome.

  • Ctrl+T or + opens a new tab.
  • Ctrl+W, the tab's ×, or a click with the mouse wheel closes it.
  • Ctrl+PageUp and Ctrl+PageDown go to the previous and the next tab.
  • A link that asks for a new window opens in a new tab. Ctrl+click, or a wheel click on a link, opens it in a tab behind.

Each panel's tabs are remembered between sessions. A tab from the last session loads when it is first shown, not all at once on start.

Bookmarks

The star in the panel's toolbar bookmarks the page, or removes the bookmark. Bookmarks are in the location menu and in the Alt+F1 / Alt+F2 menu, in folders as deep as you want.

Import bookmarks

Open "Edit favorites..." at the foot of the location menu and choose to import:

  • from Chrome, Edge, Brave, Vivaldi or Opera installed on this computer, with each of their profiles;
  • from a bookmarks HTML file, which every browser can export (Firefox among them).

You can keep the folders they were in. Nothing changes until you press Save.
